Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of inteora.
Effective date: July 22, 2026
Acceptance
inteora is operated by ByteFlow, a company based in Bulgaria. By creating an account, accessing, or using inteora, you agree to these Terms.
inteora is intended for business and professional use. If you use inteora on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account, workspace members, shared links, passwords, uploaded content, and all activity that occurs through your account or workspace.
You must keep account information accurate and protect login credentials. Please contact support@inteora.com if you believe an account, workspace, shared link, or password has been compromised.
Customer content
You retain ownership of assets, files, comments, project information, and other content you upload or submit to inteora. You grant inteora the limited rights needed to host, store, display, transmit, back up, secure, support, and operate the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis needed to upload, process, and share content. We do not use customer content to train AI models.
Review links
Review links may be accessible to anyone with the link unless you enable available access controls such as password protection. Clients and reviewers may leave comments without creating accounts when comments are enabled.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate access settings and sharing links and passwords carefully.
Billing and storage
Some inteora features may require payment, subscription, workspace activation, or a storage plan. Payments and billing management may be handled through Stripe-hosted flows.
Storage limits, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, taxes, failed payments, and grace periods are shown in the product, checkout, billing portal, or invoice flow where applicable. If payment is not resolved, uploads, plan changes, or access to paid features may be limited.
Acceptable use
You may not use inteora to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malware or phishing content, attack or disrupt the service, bypass limits or access controls, harass others, process personal data unlawfully, or use review links as a general public file-hosting service.
Additional acceptable-use rules are available in the Acceptable Use Policy .
Suspension and termination
You may stop using inteora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create risk for the service or others, or use the service unlawfully.
Deleted content may remain in limited backups for a short period before removal. Billing, tax, security, and legal records may be kept where required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
inteora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid to inteora for the service in the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
