Security

This page summarizes high-level security measures used to protect inteora and customer content.

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Overview

inteora is operated by ByteFlow, a company based in Bulgaria. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect accounts, workspaces, project review pages, uploaded assets, and service availability.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues responsibly.

Access controls

  • authenticated dashboard access for account and workspace management.
  • Workspace roles and access controls for team members.
  • password-protected review links where customers choose to enable them.
  • Secure sessions and account protection features.

Data protection measures

  • HTTPS for encrypted browser connections.
  • Signed file URLs for previews and downloads.
  • Backups and recovery processes.
  • Logging and monitoring to help detect errors, abuse, and service issues.
  • Abuse prevention measures for protected forms and shared surfaces.

Incident response

We review suspected incidents, assess potential impact, coordinate with relevant providers where needed, and notify affected customers or authorities when required by law.

Customer responsibilities

Workspace owners should manage members carefully, protect passwords, enable review-link protection where appropriate, share links thoughtfully, and upload only content they have the rights and lawful basis to share.
