Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what is not allowed on inteora and how abuse or IP complaints can be reported.

Reporting channel
Abuse, unlawful content, security abuse, or intellectual-property complaints can be reported to support@inteora.com . Please include the review link or workspace/project information, a description of the issue, and your contact details.
Prohibited uses
- Unlawful content or activity.
- Infringement of intellectual property, copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, or other security abuse.
- Bypassing quotas, storage limits, rate limits, access controls, review-link protections, or security checks.
- Scraping, automated abuse, excessive requests, or activity that degrades or disrupts the service, vendors, infrastructure, or other users.
- Harassment, threats, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or harmful content or conduct.
- Illegal personal data processing or processing without the required rights, notices, permissions, lawful basis, or safeguards.
- Uploading or sharing special-category data, highly sensitive data, children's data, credentials, secrets, payment cards, government IDs, or regulated health/financial data unless you have explicit authority, lawful basis, and appropriate safeguards.
- Using review links as a general public file-hosting, public distribution, malware delivery, spam, or traffic-generation service.
Customer responsibilities
Workspace owners control what they upload and share. They are responsible for ensuring that they have rights and lawful basis for Customer Content, client invitations, client comments, and shared review links.
Enforcement
We may review reported content, request more information, restrict sharing, remove content, suspend accounts or workspaces, preserve evidence, limit uploads, block storage plan changes, or notify authorities where appropriate. Repeat infringers or repeat abusers may be suspended or terminated.
We may act without prior notice when we believe there is risk to users, third parties, inteora, vendors, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
