Who we are

inteora is operated by ByteFlow, a company based in Bulgaria. Questions and requests can be sent to support@inteora.com .

Information we process

We process information you provide directly, such as account details, workspace and project content, uploaded assets, comments, billing-related information, and support messages.

We also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device and browser information, IP address, authentication events, usage events, security logs, and service diagnostics.

How we use information

We use information to provide inteora, authenticate users, host and deliver project review pages, process payments, manage subscriptions, send service emails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, support users, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer content to train AI models.

Customer content and review links

You control the assets, comments, and project information uploaded to your workspace. Review links may be accessible to anyone with the link unless you enable available access controls such as password protection.

Clients may view shared review pages and may leave comments without creating an account when comments are enabled. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and lawful basis to upload and share customer content.

Sharing and service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate inteora, including providers for hosting, file storage, payments, email delivery, security, and reliability monitoring. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate backups. Deleted content may remain in limited backups for a short period before removal.

Billing, accounting, and tax records may be kept for longer where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to certain processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can send privacy requests to support@inteora.com . You may also contact your local data protection authority.
